It’s all about making them look as beautiful on the outside as we know they are on the inside. So, when my clients tell me how much they’d love to do what I do, I encourage them to get out there and do it! We are always looking for more information. We are continuously bouncing ideas off each other as well as keep each other informed when we hear about a new technique or an upcoming trend in the industry. We attend training and informational events so we can enhance and fine-tune our skills. Just recently our team traveled to Colorado to learn more about our newest skincare line (it’s AMAZING if you haven’t tried it yet!)
We’re Experienced
It’s not just makeup application to us; we have knowledge and skills from all areas of skin care. For example, I (Freda) am a licensed esthetician with over 19 years of experience in management and team-building. I live and breath this business and making people feel good about themselves. Nancy is also a practicing esthetician and makeup artist for 36-years and has also worked in television and film. Mary has a biology degree and 15 years of experience, making her extremely knowledgeable in the science of skincare and makeup. Lacie is also a licensed esthetician with a long history of teaching makeup education. We are truly a family of like-minded and educated women.
We Love to Share our Expertise
We typically hire established makeup artists, but we are always willing to train the right person who shows us a deep passion to delivering amazing skincare services. During training, a new employee will learn everything in our boutique with the entire team for support, which we believe helps our team to learn so much more. Training is hands-on, not just in makeup application, but regarding the ingredients, skin care, and virtually everything we do at Faces.
