Freda Ansara is the founder and visionary behind Faces by FREDA, Salon FREDA, and the FREDA Cosmetics product line. For more than a decade, Freda has built a trusted beauty brand in Novi, Michigan centered around luxury beauty experiences, personalized care, and helping clients feel confident in their own skin.

Her passion for beauty, artistry, and client relationships has helped establish Faces by FREDA and Salon FREDA as trusted destinations for skincare, makeup artistry, brows, waxing, hair color, and salon services throughout Metro Detroit.

Inspired by strong family values and a belief that beauty exists in everyone regardless of age, background, or style, Freda has built a team-focused culture rooted in creativity, professionalism, and empowerment.

After successfully growing Faces by FREDA, Freda expanded the brand by opening Salon FREDA, a full-service luxury hair salon located just steps away from the original beauty studio in Novi.

Fenix Ansara has been part of the beauty industry for what feels like his entire life. Known throughout the salon for his welcoming personality and expert client greeting skills, Fenix has become an unforgettable part of the Faces by FREDA experience.

Before officially joining Team FREDA, Fenix gained extensive experience in client relations through freelance neighborhood appearances around Novi. Today, he continues to perfect his craft through ongoing training, daily interactions, and plenty of positive reinforcement.

Prior to joining Faces by FREDA and Salon FREDA, he perfected his client relationship skills with freelance residential work in Novi. Today Fenix is known across the Detroit area as one of the city’s premier experts in greeting. Constantly striving to perfect his craft, Fenix undergoes continuing education with both positive and negative reinforcement from his mom.

Tina Ivezaj brings creativity, artistry, and European-inspired beauty techniques to Salon FREDA. Known for her modern approach to haircutting and hair color, Tina continuously pursues advanced education and industry training to stay ahead of evolving beauty trends.

Trained extensively under master stylists and recognized as an Oribe Brand Ambassador, Tina specializes in balayage, highlights, dimensional hair color, hair extensions, and smoothing treatments including Brazilian Blowouts and Keratin Treatments.
